I read some reviews first settled on the BD-390. I have a family MacOSX and one thing I wanted was some compatibility. The reviews were on the map on this issue. I leave the question now. And 'perfect when it comes to compatibility with the Macintosh. I watched movies, watch pictures and listen to music on my MacBook Pro minutes. One of the reviews I read here said that LG is not Mac / Apple compatibility support. Since when do Macintosh users need support from a manufacturer? I'm running Snow Leopard and use a 1GB Time Capsule, so I can not speak for earlier versions of OS X or other WiFi set-up, but it is easy to configure and use with my set. One problem is that you must download Elgato EyeConnect 1.6. Once again, download and install and configure everything EyeConnect lasted no more than 10 minutes.

I was reluctant to make a jump to Blu Ray, because I'm older HDTV without HDMI. I read that the Blu Ray downconversion to send the signal to port component was large ANY Blu Ray player. So I decided not to upgrade until I had the opportunity to upgrade my TV.
